Will your service validate my warranty?
Scheduled maintenance service must be completed
in order to keep your warranty valid, this can be
carried out by any licensed motor mechanic. At
European Motor Works we are authorised to perform
all of the services recommended by each
manufacturer.
As with all services the parts we install will meet
or exceed manufacturer’s standards, and all used
parts will be returned to you upon request.
European Motor Works strongly advises that you have
maintenance services performed based on the
manufacturer’s suggested schedule. Additional
services may also be recommended based on our
inspection of the vehicle and industry standards.
European Motor Works can carry out normal
maintenance, servicing and repairs during a
vehicle’s warranty period without invalidating the
vehicles factory warranty.
The the service is carried out in accordance with
the Vehicle manufactures servicing schedules and
your service book is validated by us. The parts used
to service your new vehicle are either ‘genuine
spare parts’ or ‘matching quality parts.
Service Overview
At European Motor Works our purpose is to ensure our
clients have a reliable vehicle that avoids the
unexpected breakdown. Regular scheduled maintenance
combined with our complimentary Multi-Point Vehicle
Inspection will significantly increase the
probability for care-free driving.
As we are a full-service repair and maintenance
centre, we offer bumper-to-bumper mechanical service
for your vehicle, ranging from our basic
Lube-Oil-Filter to comprehensive engine and
electrical diagnostics.
Scheduled Maintenance
The "basic" oil change represents the foundation for
your engine’s long life. It should be performed
every 5,000 km (or every 3 months, whichever comes
first). In addition to our “basic” service, there
are other scheduled and preventive maintenance items
as recommended by your vehicle’s manufacturer,
European Motor Works will perform all scheduled
maintenance according to your vehicles Log Book.
Full Service Repair
In addition to regular maintenance, your vehicle
will require repairs from time to time typically to
replace parts which have either worn or broken.
Repairs often result from either an unexpected or
unplanned incident, but they don’t have to. The
“unexpected” repair is usually caused by neglect,
lack of regular maintenance or lack of regular
vehicle inspections. Most repairs do not have to be
a surprise…it is our job to inspect, inform and
consult you…we do this by performing our
complimentary Vehicle Inspection included with our
“basic” service, You will be notified by us with
recommendations and estimates so that you will be
able to make an informed decision
